WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Goldstream Recreational Vehicles warrant products built by them to be free from defects in material and workmanship on components manufactured by Goldstream Recreational Vehicles for a period of 12 months.
This warranty excludes the following:
- Any defect as a result of misuse, negligence, overloading, accident or other cause beyond the control of the manufacture.
- Any normal wear and tear.
- Items such as refrigerators, stoves, tents, axles, tyres and other components, which may be covered by the supplier's warranty.
- Any defect as a result of usage and towing under conditions unfit for purpose camper was built.
- Liability is excluded under these warranty terms for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury due to any cause whatsoever of howsoever arising, save and except herein contained.
- Broken winch cables, damage to winch due to misuse, such as over winding or back winding.
- Any reflection or other work required due to alterations in Local, State of Federal Legislation which may occur after manufacture.
- Any consequential damage or repair work necessitated due to continued usage or towing after a defect has, or should have become apparent to the owner or user.
- Freight, transportation, insurance and costs for onsite service calls are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Damage as a result of dust entry or water ingress due to towing conditions.
- Any accommodation or relocation expenses, loss of earnings or rents, or other costs incurred before or whilst under this warranty are being affected.
Warranty Items:
Warranty repairs shall be carried out only by an authorised Goldstream Recreational Vehicles repair centre or the Goldstream Recreational Vehicles factory. Under no circumstances will the claim for payment for repairs to be carried out or otherwise be excepted unless a quote has been first submitted for authorisation by Goldstream Recreational Vehicles in writing.
